Cancellation Policy
This Cancellation and Terms of Service Policy Agreement ("Agreement") is a legally binding contract between Lotus in Bloom Esthetics LLC dba Lotus in Bloom Esthetics & Skin Care ("Company") and any user, client, or individual engaging with the Company's website, services, products, memberships, packages, or communications. By accessing, booking, utilizing, or engaging with the Company's services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. CANCELLATION, NO SHOW AND APPOINTMENT POLICIES
Clients must provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations or changes made with less than 24 hours' notice will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service price and the credit card on file will be charged automatically. If the client reschedules and receives the missed service within 7 days of the assessed fee the cancellation fee will apply to the total cost of the service.
Clients who fail to appear for a scheduled appointment without prior notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price. The credit card on file will be charged automatically.
Clients arriving more than 7 minutes late may have their appointment shortened to accommodate the remaining time available, or may need to reschedule. Full service fees will still apply.
Clients who miss or cancel three (3) or more appointments without proper notice within a 12-month period may be required to pay in full at the time of booking for future appointments or may be restricted to same-day bookings only.
All appointments must be booked in advance via phone, online booking system, or in-person. A valid credit or debit card is required to secure all appointments.
2. PAYMENT TERMS
Payment for all individual services is due at the time of service. Packages and memberships must be paid in full or according to the agreed payment plan at the time of purchase.
The Company accepts cash, credit cards, debit cards, and gift certificates.
The Company requires a non-refundable deposit to secure appointments for new clients of $1 and may also require a deposit for certain premium services or service packages. Deposits will be applied to the total service cost if the appointment is kept.
Gratuities and Tips for estheticians are customary but optional. Average gratuities range between 20 - 35% of the service total.
3. CHARGEBACK POLICY
Chargebacks are strictly prohibited unless; The Company has failed to deliver services explicitly outlined in a signed service agreement; The client has provided documented evidence of service failure;The client has contacted the Company directly and scheduled a resolution consultation; and The Company has not made reasonable efforts to rectify the issue within 14 business days.
Any chargeback filed without following the dispute resolution process outlined in Section 10 shall be deemed fraudulent and a material breach of this Agreement.
The Company reserves the right to pursue the following remedies for fraudulent chargebacks; Recovery of the original disputed amount; Recovery of chargeback processing fees and administrative costs; Punitive damages up to three (3) times the amount charged back; Reporting to credit bureaus and collection agencies; Legal action to recover all costs including attorney's fees.
All disputes must first be addressed directly with the Company management via email tolotusinbloomesthetics@gmail.com or phone at +1 (612) 688-2306 before initiating any chargeback. Failure to do so constitutes bad faith and may result in additional penalties.
4. REFUND POLICY
All services rendered are non-refundable. If a client is unsatisfied with a service, the Company will work with the client to find a reasonable resolution, which may include a complimentary adjustment treatment or service credit for future use.
Retail products are non-refundable once opened or used. Unopened products may be returned within 7 days of purchase with original receipt for store credit only. Defective products may be exchanged for the same product within 7 days of purchase with receipt.
All service packages are non-refundable once purchased. Package pricing reflects a discounted rate, and packages cannot be refunded for unused services.
Membership fees are non-refundable. Membership benefits and unused credits expire upon cancellation according to the membership agreement terms.
5. ACKNOWLEDGMENT & ACCEPTANCE
BY BOOKING, ATTENDING, OR PAYING FOR ANY SERVICE, PURCHASING ANY PRODUCT, ENROLLING IN ANY MEMBERSHIP OR PACKAGE, OR ENGAGING WITH THE COMPANY IN ANY MANNER, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS IN THIS AGREEMENT.
IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, YOU MUST OPT OUT AS DESCRIBED IN SECTION 21 AND REFRAIN FROM USING THE COMPANY'S SERVICES.

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, and communications, whether written or oral.
